Dear WILD NAYA Community,
We are thrilled to present to you today the Handpan Workshop Timetable for the upcoming WILD NAYA ACADEMY 2026!
Here you can find all handpan workshops and their topics at a glance – so you can easily select which sessions you would like to book and design your personal Academy experience.
Our handpan workshops are not included in the Super Early Bird ticket price , but can be booked individually.
This not only makes it clearer, but also better for you: This way you can specifically attend the workshops that really inspire you – and put together your own creative program.
Your own Handpan Academy
From July 21st to 26th, 2026, between 6 and 9 workshops will take place daily from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (with a short break in between).
Each session is led by experienced, internationally renowned handpan artists who will share their knowledge, passion for playing, and creativity with you.
To ensure the quality of learning, the groups are deliberately kept small and personal – with a maximum of 10 to 20 participants per workshop. This allows room for questions, individual support, and genuine peer-to-peer learning.
Prizes & Participation
The workshops cost between €80 per 3-hour session,
Malte Marten's exclusive masterclasses cost €200 per 3-hour workshop.
We highly recommend that you actively participate in the morning workshops to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Academy and learn from the exceptional musicians and teachers.
If you want to delve deeper – into playing the handpan, into your voice, into rhythm, flow and expression – then you've come to the right place.

Whether beginner or professional
Throughout the Academy, six courses run concurrently at varying difficulty levels—so whether you're a beginner, an expert, or somewhere in between—you'll find your spot here. After your first class, you'll have a short self-assessment and a short check-in with an instructor. Here, you'll find out whether the difficulty level at that level matches your expectations, and whether you'd like to stay or switch. After that, each group stays together for the entire week—although the instructors change with each workshop. This guarantees you a varied time with plenty of diverse input.
